Before orders open
Each product will show its confirmed production time, available destinations and shipping cost. Dispatch and delivery are different: we’ll state both clearly when a shipping route is confirmed.
Made for you
If a piece is produced to order, that production time will be visible before purchase. Mixed orders will explain whether pieces ship together or separately.
Returns & damaged arrivals
Return conditions and the process for reporting transport damage will be published before checkout is enabled. No return period or worldwide delivery promise is being offered during this preview.
